This salve is handmade by me from the Comfrey plant (Symphytum officinale) The plant is infused into sunflower or olive oil. I then add lovely lavender essential oil and Vegan Candelilla wax. I first realized the benefits of Comfrey after seeing its amazing results with my grandmother. After this, I knew that I wanted to make this salve to share with others. Comfrey has so many benefits and it is such an important one to have in your home!  It's a plant to definitely read up on! Do not use on an open wound that it has been completely disinfected first with no sign of infection.

A little more about Comfrey:

Many of the beneficial properties of Comfrey are attributed to its high content of allantoin, a substance that helps promote new skin cell growth, along with other substances that may work in reducing inflammation and maintaining healthy skin. Comfrey ointments have been used to help heal bruises and pulled muscles and ligaments throughout history.

Lavender:
Because of its powerful antioxidant, antimicrobial, sedative, and calming, lavender oil has benefits abound and it’s been used both

cosmetically and therapeutically for centuries. Plus it just smells good :)
