What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is an immersive experience where participants typically sit or lie comfortably on the floor with their eyes closed while being bathed in the overlapping vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and a variety of instruments. Sound baths can help relax, restore, and help participants relieve stress. This class can be experienced with a group of friends, loved ones, or independently.

Open to ages 13 + (younger on a case-by-case basis) Prior to booking please make sure that your child can be still and quiet for this 1 hour class in order to not disturb other participants.

This event is led by Savannah Powers from Ethereal Sound and Wellness.
